From verified view to bank receipt.

Every gate, source, calculation and provider state used to decide whether a creator payout is ready, held, in transit or paid.

Beta draft 2026-08-06Counsel review required before public launchLast updated 6 August 2026
Plain-language operating policy

This policy is implemented for the controlled launch operated by FinalFlow · CVR 46076842, but it is not a legal opinion. Live money remains blocked until Stripe production underwriting and qualified Danish/EU legal, payments and tax reviews are complete.

01

The payout snapshot

The creator receives 80% of validated gross media spend. FrameYield retains 20% for matching, FrameLock, measurement, support and marketplace operations.

  • Private-beta method: standard bank-account payout through Stripe Connect only.
  • Fixed minimum by settlement currency: USD 25, EUR 25, GBP 25 or DKK 175. Each balance is evaluated separately. A smaller active-account balance rolls forward; account-closure and mandatory-law handling will follow the final reviewed terms.
  • Run: each Thursday at 09:00 UTC after all gates pass. This is the initiation time, not a promise that the bank has credited the account.
  • Validation: seven days after the applicable campaign reporting period closes, plus any documented provider or dispute hold on the affected amount.
  • FrameYield charges no separate creator withdrawal fee in the beta. A processor, conversion or receiving-bank fee may apply only if shown before activation or payout.
02

What must pass before scheduling

The dashboard evaluates each condition separately. A payout is not qualified merely because a placement shows impressions.

  • Approved FrameYield creator account: profile eligibility, public channel-control evidence, custom-thumbnail capability and account standing reviewed. Legal identity/age verification remains a separate Stripe KYC gate.
  • Country eligibility: the current private payout pilot is configured for Denmark (DK). Applications elsewhere are waitlist-only until their country-specific Stripe, contract, tax, privacy and advertising reviews are signed.
  • Acceptance of the current payout policy version (2026-08-06-beta-3) and the applicable campaign order.
  • A connected creator-owned YouTube channel with a supported official reach report for an accepted standard long-form video. Shorts, Reels, TikTok covers and live streams do not qualify.
  • Stripe reports identity details submitted, payouts enabled and no currently due KYC requirement blocking payout.
  • A verified standard bank account is present in Stripe Connect; the destination label and last four digits are shown before release.
  • The campaign, creator reporting currency and default bank payout currency match. The beta never silently converts a creator payout.
  • The fixed threshold for that currency—USD 25, EUR 25, GBP 25 or DKK 175—is cleared and the affected amount has no open fraud, rights, disclosure, billing or provider hold.
03

Evidence and source hierarchy

The payout receipt links the commercial agreement, creative custody, platform delivery, calculation and processor result. User-entered screenshots never outrank signed server or platform evidence.

  • Order evidence: campaign id, offer rate/cap, rail percentage, dates, currency, terms version and order-document hash from FrameYield D1.
  • Creative evidence: approved brand-rail variant id/version/hash, complete 1280×720 FrameLock hash and approval timestamps from D1/R2.
  • Publication evidence: video id, channel id, public/unlisted/processed state, stored youtube_long_form classification and creator format attestation, plus the server-fetched YouTube thumbnail comparison receipt.
  • Delivery evidence: video_thumbnail_impressions and thumbnail CTR for that accepted long-form video id from YouTube Reporting API reach reports, including report id, source period and import timestamp.
  • Exclusion evidence: out-of-flight, duplicate, automated, incentivised, manipulated, unsupported or disputed delivery with a recorded reason code.
  • Money evidence: balanced FrameYield ledger transaction, Stripe transfer id, Stripe connected-account payout id, provider status and bank arrival estimate/paid webhook.

Metric definition: YouTube Reporting API metrics. A transfer only moves funds to a connected Stripe balance; the separate payout object is the bank-delivery record: Stripe separate charges and transfers and connected-account payouts.

04

Calculation and exclusions

Gross media value = eligible validated thumbnail impressions ÷ 1,000 × accepted CPM, capped at the accepted offer maximum. Creator payable = gross media value × 80%.

  • Example: 100,000 validated impressions at USD 10 CPM creates USD 1,000 gross media value, USD 800 creator payable and USD 200 FrameYield fee.
  • Forecasts, follower counts, Shorts/Reels/TikTok activity, views, watch time, private-chat shares, copied screenshots and external previews are not substituted for the agreed billable metric.
  • Each campaign currency is settled separately; amounts are not combined or converted to satisfy the threshold.
  • Any rounding method and campaign cap are fixed in the accepted order before publication.
05

Timing: what each date means

Platform data and bank systems are not real-time. The dashboard must distinguish validation, scheduling, transfer creation, bank transit and confirmed payment.

  • Reported: YouTube generates reach reports after platform processing; newly created report jobs can initially have no downloadable report.
  • Validating: seven days after the campaign reporting period closes, while supported invalid-traffic, creative and dispute checks run.
  • Scheduled: the next Thursday 09:00 UTC batch after the policy, KYC, bank, minimum and hold gates pass.
  • Transfer created: FrameYield has moved the amount from its Stripe balance to the creator’s connected Stripe balance; this is not yet bank payment.
  • In transit: Stripe accepted a standard bank payout and returned an estimated arrival date. Bank holidays, country and bank processing can change it.
  • Paid: Stripe sent a signed payout.paid event. The dashboard records that timestamp; a bank-receipt dispute can still be raised through support.

Stripe says a first live payout commonly takes 7–14 days after the first successful payment and can take longer in some industries or countries; subsequent timing depends on the account, country and payout schedule. See Stripe payout timing. The dashboard uses Stripe’s payout-specific arrival estimate rather than promising a fixed bank date.

06

Method, card and bank details

The current launch supports one method: a standard payout to a bank account added and verified in Stripe Connect.

  • Not supported in beta: payout to an ordinary credit card, PayPal, crypto wallet, cheque, gift card or cash.
  • Debit-card Instant Payouts are disabled in the beta even where Stripe marks a card eligible.
  • If Instant Payouts are introduced later, eligibility, estimated arrival and Stripe’s applicable fee will be shown before each opt-in; standard bank payout remains available.
  • Stripe hosts raw bank, identity-document and KYC collection. FrameYield stores provider ids, readiness, requirement names, destination type/label/last four digits, currency and event receipts—not the raw account number or identity document.
  • The creator should ensure the Stripe legal name and bank-account holder match. The default bank currency must also match the payout currency; a failed, changed or mismatched destination blocks only the affected payout pending correction.

Provider references: bank payout accounts, Instant Payout eligibility and fees, and Stripe-hosted KYC data collection.

07

KYC, tax and DAC7

Stripe KYC approval is a payment-provider gate, not a promise that all FrameYield tax or reporting duties are complete.

  • Stripe can request legal name, date of birth, address, business type, tax/identity number, public creator or business page, identity document and bank account depending on country and account type.
  • FrameYield shows human-readable currently due requirements returned by Stripe; the creator completes sensitive fields on Stripe’s hosted flow.
  • Creators remain responsible for their own income, VAT and business obligations unless applicable law requires withholding, self-billing or platform reporting.
  • FrameYield may need additional seller identity, tax and financial information for DAC7. It will explain the legal basis, fields, recipients and correction process before collecting or reporting them.
  • No payout screen should say tax-complete merely because Stripe says payouts enabled.

Official starting points: SKAT DAC7 reporting and the European Commission DAC7 overview. Final applicability is pending accountant and legal review.

08

Advertising disclosure is a payout gate

A sponsor rail does not replace a clear disclosure required in the thumbnail, title, description, video or platform control. The stricter applicable rule controls.

  • Before attaching a video, the creator separately attests that it is standard YouTube long-form content, that YouTube’s paid-promotion setting is enabled where applicable and that the required local-language disclosure is clear before viewers engage.
  • For Danish-targeted content, the campaign is reviewed for prominent wording such as “REKLAME FOR [BRAND]” or “ANNONCE FOR [BRAND]” where context requires it; a hidden description-only label is not treated as automatically sufficient.
  • For US-targeted content, use clear, hard-to-miss wording such as AD or SPONSORED BY [BRAND] near the endorsement; do not bury it after “more” or among hashtags.
  • The brand creative review records brand identification, disclosure visibility, claim substantiation and platform-policy confirmation.
  • A missing or misleading disclosure can pause affected delivery and payout while a human reviews evidence; unrelated cleared balances remain separate.

Guidance: Danish Consumer Ombudsman influencer guidance, YouTube paid-promotion disclosure, and FTC Disclosures 101.

09

Holds, failures and appeals

A hold must be specific, reviewable and limited to the affected amount. The payout history shows its reason, supporting evidence state and next review date.

  • Possible reason codes: invalid traffic, thumbnail mismatch, missing disclosure, rights/claim dispute, campaign chargeback, KYC restriction, bank rejection or provider outage.
  • If the Stripe transfer succeeds but bank-payout creation fails, the payout is held—not marked paid—and operations retries or reverses it using provider evidence.
  • A payout.failed event records the provider code/message and opens a next-review timestamp. The creator is directed to refresh Stripe details or support as appropriate.
  • Creators can request calculation inputs and appeal within 30 days of the ledger or hold event. A human reviews material outcomes before closure.
  • No charge is taken merely to file an appeal, correct bank details or receive a standard payout.
10

What is still blocked

This interface makes the intended flow explicit; it does not certify that FrameYield is already lawful to operate publicly in every market.

  • Production Stripe Connect underwriting, live connected-account payout receipts and webhook configuration are not complete until tested against the dedicated FrameYield account.
  • Expansion beyond the configured Denmark payout pilot is blocked until the corresponding country support and legal register are approved.
  • The contracting entity is FinalFlow · CVR 46076842; its VAT/self-billing model, DAC7 status, payment-services analysis and country-specific disclosure language still need written specialist conclusions.
  • Terms, Privacy, this policy and the campaign agreement require qualified legal review and versioned sign-off before public launch.
  • The authoritative current blocker list is the Legal Readiness register; beta participants can request the exact policy version attached to their payout.

See Legal readiness, Campaign agreement and Privacy.
